Meditation is an incredible practice that can benefit us in so many different areas of life. It reduces stress, allows us to focus our minds and teaches us the joy of truly living in the moment.

While some are comfortable sitting back with relaxing music and settling into meditation, some prefer guided meditations. It can be hard to meditate alone, so gently being guided through; meditation allows you to focus on the mediation one step at at a time, helping with peacefulness and inner calm.

Meditation is effortless and leads to a state of ‘thoughtless awareness’ in which the excessive stress producing activity of the mind is neutralised without reducing alertness and effectiveness.

Mediation enables one to focus on the present moment rather than dwell on the unchangeable past or undermined future.
